Bespoke Orders

How does the custom watch process work?
Each Salrin watch is custom-built to order. Once you submit a build inquiry, we’ll reach out to schedule a design consultation. During this one-on-one conversation, we’ll walk through your vision, help select components, and finalize your unique build.

How long does a custom build take?
Most builds are completed and shipped within 3–4 weeks, depending on part availability and design complexity. We'll keep you updated throughout the build with photos and progress updates.

Do I need to know exactly what I want before reaching out?
Not at all. Whether you have a specific design in mind or just a general style, we’ll help guide you through the process step by step.

Can I see a mock-up before the build begins?
Yes! We’re happy to provide visual previews if you request one during the consultation.
Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States and select international destinations. If you’re unsure about your location, contact us directly.

Is shipping free?
Yes — U.S. orders include free, tracked shipping. International rates vary and are calculated at checkout.
Product & Craftsmanship

What movements do you use?
We primarily use high-quality automatic movements from Japan (NH series) and selected Swiss movements (2824-2) for premium builds. Movement type is discussed during your consultation.

Are your watches water resistant?
Most Salrin watches offer moderate water resistance (typically 50–100m), but each model varies based on case type and intended use. If water resistance is a priority, let us know during your build request.

Where are your watches made?
All watches are hand-assembled in the USA using quality components sourced globally.
Warranty & Repairs

Is there a warranty?
Yes. Each Salrin watch comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering movement defects and craftsmanship issues. Accidental damage, wear and tear, or water damage due to misuse is not covered.

Do you offer servicing or repairs?
We offer repairs and servicing for watches built by us. Contact us with your issue and we’ll provide a quote or recommendation.

Can I return my watch?
Since each watch is custom-built, we cannot accept returns. However, we’ll work closely with you throughout the process to ensure you’re thrilled with the final piece.
